Social Distancing Friendly Journey to the South of France for a feast of fresh seafood.
Join Chef Catherine for a private chef experience featuring the delightful flavors of French Coastal cuisine. You'll kick things off with a garlic and parsley shrimp salad before diving into the main course: Succulent salmon filets with pesto, roasted potatoes and vegetables. Afterwards, end on a sweet seaside note and enjoy a blueberry cheesecake drizzled with warm chocolate sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Meet your chef
Chef Catherine is dedicated to spreading the word that healthy food can be delicious. She has worked in restaurants from pizzerias to Michelin-star establishments, as well as working as a personal chef and in catering. Chef Catherine has also worked as head chef at several large, corporate daycare centers where she taught classes to adults and children alike. Her menus are healthy, made from scratch and nutritionist approved.
