Begin with creamy burrata paired with grilled fig and savory prosciutto followed by fragrant rosemary focaccia. For the pasta course, enjoy cacio e pepe, a classically Roman dish. Venetian duck ragu with gnocchi in a rich tomato sauce is the centerpiece of your meal, with a luscious Grand Marnier tiramisu following it up for dessert.

A seasoned chef with 25 years of experience working in Toronto and the U.S., Chef Jayne is an entrepreneur who’s run her own catering business since 1996. She also owned and operated a well-loved restaurant, all the while building a reputation for creative, high-quality food. With an equal love for all cuisines and culinary customs, Chef Jayne takes pride in sharing her skills with audiences who are ready to expand their kitchen skills.
