This sushi cooking class with Chef Noriko offers a vibrant, hands-on experience for all skill levels. In a lively 90 minutes, you’ll discover the fundamentals of sushi-making as you create a delicious spread to enjoy.

Chef Noriko will lead you in crafting 28 pieces of sushi, including classics like California uramaki, spicy ahi tuna temaki and avocado cucumber maki. Explore techniques to perfect salmon and ahi tuna nigiri and add vibrant toppings like green dragon avocado with eel sauce. Seating operates on a first come, first served basis. We had such a fun time learning to make sushi! The class was engaging and had very clear instructions, especially since we didn’t have any experience with making sushi. We would definitely go there again!
