We had an excellent experience with Chef Padma for my wife's birthday last evening. He walked us through a variety of dishes inspired by Asian street food, each one more delicious than the last. We greatly appreciated that the preparation and ingredients involved in each meal was simple and something anyone could together on their own at home. He was very willing to answer any questions we had about the different cooking techniques he used throughout the course. He was very friendly and shared interesting stories about his past and experience working in the food industry. It was a real pleasure to have him cook in our home and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a comfortable relaxed experience who want to learn some basic but extremely delicious Asian inspired cuisine.
