In this interactive cooking class, Chef Levi will take you on a journey where you'll discover what traditional French cuisine is all about as you transform classic ingredients into culinary masterpieces.

Begin by preparing authentic French onion soup seasoned with fresh herbs. Next, you'll roll chicken, ham and cheese and cook chicken cordon bleu as the main dish, paired with savory potato croquettes and seasonal vegetables. For dessert, Chef Levi will show you how to make rich and velvety chocolate mousse.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a fabulous evening filled with friends, learning, laughing, and visiting. Chef Levi was well prepared and helped us produce an amazing meal. I would highly recommend this to everyone. We will do this again and again. A fantastic way to spend an evening.

Levi showed me how to make cream cheese and red pepper stuffed button mushrooms. Fully explained the whole process - the finished product looked absolutely delicious. The cheese was browned on top, the mushrooms were cooked but still firm - great dish.
