In this hands-on, vegan culinary experience, Chef Charleston will teach you how to prepare tantalizing dishes from Thailand, China, Korea and the Philippines. Using unique ingredients like watercress, lemongrass and sweet potato noodles, you'll add a flavorful fusion of Asian dishes to your cooking arsenal.
Your four-course meal kicks off with a spicy coconut soup infused with yellow curry paste and ginger. Chinese dumplings and Korean japchae follow, and finally, you'll make a mouthwatering Filipino dessert made of creamy coconut and silky mango purée.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
