You don't have to travel to Asia to learn the country's culinary hacks. In this hands-on cooking class, you'll embark on an interactive, gluten-free culinary tour showcasing Pacific and East Asia regional flavors and cooking techniques.
Begin by preparing delicious and nourishing authentic Asian staples, like egg drop soup and shrimp rice paper rolls. Then, learn how to perfect a Filipino chicken adobo dish before indulging in red bean and black sesame mochi—a decadent Japanese dessert.
