Cooking Class - Artisan Italian Pizza
Learn the basics of making authentic Italian pizza under the guidance of Chef Logan, along with the history and origins of pizza, and the different styles.
Start with an arugula Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella and a cranberry-balsamic reduction, then Chef Logan will teach you about the different flours and dough-making techniques. Next, create two sauces — marinara and garlic cream — and prepare your toppings, including vegetables and Italian deli meats. Finally, you'll form, top and cook your pizzas, including a savory pizza and a cinnamon bun pizza for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
