Enjoy seasonal dishes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine.

Take a culinary journey to the Mediterranean during this elevated private chef experience. Chef Dön will craft four flavourful courses, starting with a seasonal soup of your choosing, filled with meat and vegetables and flavored with rich stock. Then, enjoy prawn kebabs seasoned with garlic and aromatic herbs. The main course will be a tender roasted lamb with caramelized vegetables and fresh herbs, followed by a decadent jelly fruit pudding for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Don was wonderful! He was a brilliant host, did a great job getting our teenage boys involved. He showed us lots of great pasta making techniques and provided practical tips. The food was beautiful, and the night was a lot of fun. Highly recommend Don.
