In this private chef experience, Chef Rachel shares a colorful tasting menu showcasing the unique balance of spicy, sweet, rich and tangy elements signature of Latin American cuisines. Begin with bright prawn ceviche and fried plantains followed by spicy corn fritters with avocado cream, a refreshing wedge salad with a twist and classic chicken tinga tostadas. Finish the meal with decadent tres leches cake adorned with candied strawberries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
