In this unique, hands-on cooking class, Chef Sourahb will guide you on an exploration of the fundamental tenets of Italian cooking. This lesson focuses on simplicity, an essential characteristic of Italian cuisine. Italian chefs seek high-quality ingredients to form the foundation of their dishes. Using this philosophy that has inspired chefs around the world, you will craft decadent dishes such as lamb and goat cheese croquette, gnocchi with puttanesca, tender lobster risotto and creamy passion fruit panna cotta.
