Join Chef Sourabh for a celebration of vegetarian Indian cuisine

There’s no meat needed to create flavorful, satisfying dishes with the skills you’ll learn in this Indian-inspired cooking class. With tips and techniques from Chef Sourabh, you will craft a bountiful meal that showcases the range and diversity of vegetarian cooking infused with traditional Indian flair. Savor tender kumbh dolma and sink your teeth into a fragrant vegetable kebab. You’ll build a hearty malai kofta served with traditional Indian flatbread and finish the meal with a luxurious rice pudding.
