Celebrate the flavors of Spain with this immersive cooking class. Transform typical ingredients using traditional techniques into a feast of mouthwatering dishes from land and sea. Start by lightly dredging fresh calamari and frying to golden, crispy perfection for a crowd-pleasing appetizer. For the main, discover the labor of love that is paella. Season and cook rice so it's fluffy and soft in the middle with a delicious crust on the bottom. Chop and mix fresh produce for a light salad then bake up basque-style cheesecake for a creamy treat.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had such a fun time! Chef Andrea's expertise and passion for authentic Italian cuisine is obvious and his enthusiasm infectious. He showed a genuine eagerness for sharing his knowledge and skills with others and from now on I will stick to his gnocchi recipe!
