Learn how to prepare Asian fusion dishes for friends and family, completely from scratch.

Bring Asian fusion classics to your table with Chef Lisa as your personal guide. In this interactive cooking class, you will begin by crafting crispy wonton cups filled with shredded chicken and lime-lemongrass infused dressing.

Next, pan-sear ahi tuna, perfectly crusted and topped with spicy wasabi mayonnaise and paired with from-scratch, citrus-based ponzu sauce and thick, savory drunken udon noodles. Complete class by preparing decadent caramelized banana spring rolls slathered with orange-infused crème anglaise. Step-by-step instructions simplify the cooking process, so you can easily follow along.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
