Craft a modern meal full of flavour while enjoying a talented singing chef instructor.

Elevated modern dishes and a singing chef will be the stars of this entertaining cooking class. Chef Dön will guide you through an engaging menu while teaching you useful cooking techniques.

Begin the class by crafting chicken roulade, stuffing chicken breast with spinach and date chutney. Next, make and shape pasta dough from scratch with eggs, flour and water, and prepare a fresh seafood pasta sauce with fresh tomatoes and aromatic herbs. For dessert, whip up a decadent golden caramel pudding sweetened with sugar and infused with vanilla.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Dön is a force of nature. His class was super entertaining and besides learning about Sri Lankan Food and how to make some delicious, authentic dishes I also had a lot of fun!

Don was wonderful! He was a brilliant host, did a great job getting our teenage boys involved. He showed us lots of great pasta making techniques and provided practical tips. The food was beautiful, and the night was a lot of fun. Highly recommend Don.
