Chef Anita is on board to demonstrate her methods for crafting homemade dishes in this hands-on cooking class. She'll share secrets from the pros as she guides you through an eye-opening culinary workshop.
In this lesson, you'll craft your choice of homemade breads and pasta using an array of wholesome ingredients while practicing simple methods used for generations. You'll also prepare a savory flan featuring morel mushrooms, create chicken rolls wrapped with tender zucchini and whip up rosemary sorbet, chestnut mousse and petits fours to add a sweet touch.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Anita's class has been such a wonderful experience. She has a great gift being able to captivate your attention and bring your interest and passion for food to the surface. Her braided yeast bread is most definitely my favourite bread to make and I cannot get enough of it!
