Get hands-on experience frying tostadas and piling them high with seasoned meat, avocado and jalapeños. Simmer up mole and make your own jerked jackfruit and pumpkin, a tasty way to showcase traditional herbs and spices. For dessert, pipe churro dough into hot oil and dust with cinnamon sugar.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
