Begin class by crafting a refreshing eggplant tomato bruschetta, then make a classic Italian-style salad with a variety of vegetable toppings tossed in a homemade dressing. Next, create the best Italian meatballs with veal and beef blend in tomato sauce. Finally, end the lesson with a dreamy tiramisu.

He’s held positions at top Hanoi resorts and has catered events for tour groups visiting the area. Though he currently serves as head chef in an Italian eatery, his regimen has expanded to include traditional Vietnamese dishes.
