Enjoy tender sea bass flavoured with pickled cucumbers and Japanese ponzu sauce and savour osso buco served atop a tantalising saffron risotto. Chef Luca is a seasoned chef, specializing in kosher food and very experienced with international cuisine, including Turkish, Italian, Spanish and Moroccan. His love for food has grown while traveling the globe, preparing meals and opening restaurants. Over the course of his accomplished culinary career, he has served as executive chef in five-star restaurants and as a private chef, preparing international cuisine for small groups and corporate events with thousands of guests.
