Private Chef - Sophisticated Seasonal Spread
In this private chef experience, enjoy a sophisticated multi-course meal prepared by Chef Matt. Begin with smoky rainbow trout-filled rolls, a creamy white onion soup with Lancashire cheese and pancetta, and mussel and mirepoix topped toast. For the entrée, Chef Matt will serve expertly prepared prime rib with salt baked and pepper cured beetroot. Finally, enjoy gorgeous chocolate fondant with distinct hazelnut ice cream and praline.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
