In this private chef experience, enjoy a sophisticated multi-course meal prepared by Chef Matt. Begin with smoky rainbow trout-filled rolls, a creamy white onion soup with Lancashire cheese and pancetta, and mussel and mirepoix topped toast. For the entrée, Chef Matt will serve expertly prepared prime rib with salt baked and pepper cured beetroot. Finally, enjoy gorgeous chocolate fondant with distinct hazelnut ice cream and praline.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Matt is a culinary professional with extensive experience from being on Master Chef on TV, incredibly well traveled, and has worked with just about every type of cuisine. If you have the opportunity to take one of his classes or book him for an event you will not regret it.

Chef Matt honed his culinary skills in restaurants in London, Oxford and Manchester. These roles often included instructing fellow chefs in his crew. His talents took him to the BBC MasterChef semi-finals in 2010, which ultimately led him to positions in Michelin-starred restaurants. Whether preparing delicious dishes for his guests or teaching others how to create them, Chef Matt brings a sense of artistry to every endeavor.
