Private Chef - Feast of Traditional Greek Fare
Enjoy this private chef experience as Chef Matt creates a few of his favorite dishes from his home country of Greece. Begin with a hearty chicken soup infused with bright basil, lemon and olives. Then, indulge in slow-cooked lamb shoulder served with roasted potatoes and black cabbage, and rice-stuffed peppers and courgettes with spiced tomato and dill sauce. For dessert, delight in Greek honey doughnuts with sweet crème fraîche and pistachios.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
