Enjoy an assortment of sushi and tempura prepared from scratch using some delightfully surprising ingredients.
Chef Dolma takes to the kitchen for a Japanese menu in this delicious private chef experience. You'll savor a selection of sumptuous dishes that include fresh edamame, sashimi salad with onion and yuzu dressing, an assortment of nigiri prepared with caviar and maki rolls selected by the chef. You'll also enjoy a tempting variety of tempura and a dessert tray that includes yuzu cheesecake and mochi.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Excellent experience with Chef Dolma - far exceeded our expectations. Food was amazing and the sushi workshop was really well taught and fun. Chef Dolma is very friendly and talented. 100% recommend!

I was absolutely knocked out with the quality of the sushi roles! I had the mixed fish poke bowl and it truly was the best I’ve ever had, so many perfectly balanced different ingredients and a really generous portion too. I also ordered the amazing salad with matsuhisa dress and tuna tataki it’s a must try. I couldn’t recommend this lovely Chef Dolma more highly.

It was a surprise for my mum’s 60th birthday. What an amazing evening to have our family around us and experience such wonderful food and sushi in our own home. The food was incredible. Beautifully presented and fabulous flavours with best sushi in the area. I will definitely book again.

Chef Dolma honed her skill for sushi and Japanese cuisine while working in some of the finest locations in London, including Nobu Hotel. Her talent preparing vibrant, colorful dishes filled with fresh and flavorful ingredients has earned her accolades and the opportunity to work with acclaimed sushi chef Nobu Matsushisa. Having taught her own sushi master class, Chef Dolma is eager to teach sushi prep to aspiring home chefs.
