In this session, you'll create a tempting sea bass crudo, surrounded by bright flavours like pickled apple and fresh herbs. Then, assemble a layered aubergine parmigiana flavoured with zesty tomato sauce and topped with mozzarella and Parmesan. You'll also create a side dish featuring heirloom tomatoes and rocket greens, and create a classic panna cotta delicately infused with earthy saffron.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Over the course of his accomplished culinary career, he has served as executive chef in five-star restaurants and as a private chef, preparing international cuisine for small groups and corporate events with thousands of guests.
