This hands-on cooking class with Chef Dougie is your invitation to a culinary expedition of traditional Thai dining. Prepare a spread that represents some familiar dishes given an authentically gourmet treatment.
Begin by wrapping your own summer rolls, filled with tender glass noodles and served with a homemade peanut dipping sauce spiced up with fiery chili. Then, craft a vegetable curry made rich with peanut butter and creamy coconut milk. You'll also assemble a salad featuring long beans and papaya and whip up a mango sticky rice for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had the pleasure of attending a cooking class where I learned to make fresh tortillas and mouthwatering salmon and steak tacos. This culinary experience was nothing short of a delightful adventure into the world of Mexican cuisine, and I can't stop raving about it! Chef Dougie's has great knowledge of Mexican food and his step by step explanation made the class very enjoyable.
