During this interactive cooking class, Chef Adam will guide you in modernizing Thai dishes with simple but bold changes using fresh ingredients and smart cooking techniques.
You'll begin by learning how to make a fresh raw papaya salad studded with tiger prawns and spiced with lime, chili and fish sauce. For the main course, you'll cook a juicy, aromatic poached chicken paired with crunchy stir-fry and creamy green coconut curry, and make puffed sesame rice crackers. Whip up mango and coconut sticky rice for a classic Thai dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had the pleasure of attending a cooking class with Chef Adam. The class featuring pan-seared salmon fillet with roasted fennel and Maltese orange sauce offered a delightful introduction to the flavors of the Mediterranean cuisine. The class was informative, engaging, and provided a hands-on experience that allowed us to develop new skills and expand our culinary repertoire.
