Recreate the bright flavors of popular Caribbean cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Chris. You'll learn cooking techniques for preparing authentic Caribbean dishes so you can make each dish again and again.
Begin with ackee and salt fish, a classic Caribbean dish, enjoyed with chili butter and fried dumplings. Then learn how to make curry mutton, a popular Jamaican dish packed with spices and aromatics. On the side, enjoy a crisp salad of crunchy vegetables, and for dessert learn how to make a sweet and fruity passion fruit mousse.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Recognized throughout his career for his visionary techniques and diverse knowledge, Chef Chris is a skilled chef with a high level of experience. After culinary school he got his start in Jamaica and then moved to England for a career cooking for clients like the British royal family and the prime minister. Chef Chris aims to bring the same level of skill he employed at five-star restaurants to all his guests.
