While cooking more upscale recipes can seem intimidating, you'll find that it's actually fun and simple with the guidance of expert Chef Christian. In this class, he'll demonstrate the best techniques that a restaurant chef would use to balance complex flavors and manage various intricate dishes.

To start, you'll make a twice-baked cheesy soufflé with crumbly red Leicester cheese. Then, learn to make butter poached monkfish with an incredible chorizo and basil crumble. After an extravagant lamb rack with blackberry glaze, create an indulgent chocolate and orange marquise.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
