The Middle East is known for its dishes that are colorful, bold and overall packed with nutrition. In this cooking class, Chef Christian will provide his culinary expertise to show you how to cook four unique Middle East-inspired recipes.
Start by making a classic garlicky chickpea-based hummus served with a drizzle of sweet pomegranate syrup and nutty za'atar and paired with doughy lavash flatbread. For the main course, you'll prepare spiced chicken kababs with a fresh fig and walnut couscous salad and a creamy rose water and pistachio syllabub for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
