Cooking Class - Caribbean Made Vegan

Begin by frying coquettes to pair with a vegan coconut curry aioli, and build rich, deep flavor in a Dutch pot gumbo with steamed rice. Chef Wendy will guide you through handling ingredients such as Scotch bonnet peppers, a signature of this cuisine. Finish with a luscious mango cake made with vegan and gluten-free ingredients.
Guests must provide in-person proof of a negative COVID test taken within 48 hours of class.
