Immerse yourself in the flavours and stories of the Mediterranean in this cooking class.

In this interactive cooking class with Chef Paola, you will roast vegetables, prepare flatbreads from scratch and fresh ice cream, all inspired by the Mediterranean.

To begin, you'll prepare homemade flatbread, which you'll enjoy with a selection of vegetables, then roast red peppers and aubergines with garlic and fresh herbs. Next, you'll learn techniques to prepare creamy risotto peppered with peas and seasoned with garlic. Finally, whip up coconut and lime ice cream topped with crunchy pistachios.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Paola showed me how to cook a fresh vegetable frittata using fresh veggies from her garden. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt right at home in her class. She clearly demonstrated and talked through each step of her recipe. Her frittata turned out beautifully colored.
