Chef Rowyn's passion for sushi making was infectious, and his willingness to answer questions and provide individualized guidance made the class feel personalized and engaging. It was evident that he truly cared about each participant's experience and success. Leaving the class, I felt a sense of accomplishment and newfound confidence in my ability to create sushi at home.
