In this interactive cooking class, you’ll prepare a feast of classic Italian dishes made as they would be in the kitchens of Florence, Sicily or Rome. With a focus on authenticity and technique, Chef Steve will guide you as you sharpen your culinary skills with each dish.

Begin with a Sicilian favorite, eggplant caponata served with garlic crostini. Next, practice making risotto the traditional way. You’ll thicken a classic carbonara the Italian way with egg yolk instead of cream and finish the meal with an impossibly light soufflé cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
