Cooking Class - Street Tacos Feast

Join Chef Sandra for an immersive cooking class that takes you on a culinary journey through the heart of Mexican cuisine. Your culinary adventure begins with the preparation of fresh guacamole, blending ripe avocados with the crispness of onions, tomatoes, cilantro and a hint of chile for that perfect kick. Next, you'll marinate pork in a mix of orange juice, pineapple and achiote paste to make vibrant tacos al Pastor. The journey continues with the creation of steak and chorizo tacos. Finally, you'll prepare a green salsa from scratch, using tomatillos, chile, onion, garlic and cilantro!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
