Join Chef Sandra for an intimate cooking class where you'll delve into the heart of Mexican cuisine. Under Chef Sandra's guidance, you'll start by crafting a vibrant guacamole, blending creamy avocados with crisp onions, tomatoes and a kick of chile. Next, you'll learn the secrets of making flavorful Mexican rice. The highlight of the class will be preparing the intricate Mole Poblano, a rich sauce featuring a symphony of ingredients like dried chiles, nuts, raisins, plantain and chocolate. Finally, you'll round off the experience by making hand-made tortillas from scratch, using traditional corn dough.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
