The multi-course menu is packed with a collection of local produce and authentic ingredients prepared with modern techniques. The menu includes eggs served with creamy Parmigiano-Reggiano fondue. Savor tender pork belly, caramelized miso-roasted eggplant and risotto with hazelnut pesto. Dessert is a luscious Buffalo mozzarella cream with dark chocolate and sour cherries.
