Indulge in a menu that explores the seasonal eating of Italy and honors farm-to-table freshness with Chef Alessio's private chef experience. Begin with a lush squash vellutata soup and garlic croutons followed by a classic Italian pasta dish of tagliatelle strascicate. For your entrée, Chef Alessio will serve beef entrecote with porcini mushrooms and garlic. Finish on a sweet note with a caramelized chestnut and mascarpone cheese tiramisu.
