Begin with a classic dish of fried eggs and truffles with butter, followed by homemade tagliolini pasta and fresh truffles, and filet mignon with mashed potatoes and fresh truffles. Sink your spoon into luscious dark chocolate cream featuring truffles for dessert.

Chef Alessio prepares traditional Tuscan food and it is delicious. He has great teaching techniques and his classes are fun and educational. You will feel like a real Tuscan chef when you are finished!
