Private Chef - Modern International Brunch

Brunch goes global in this decadent six-course meal.

In this private chef experience, Chef Cloe will whip up a brunch inspired by international flavors to enjoy any morning of the week. First, dine on homemade English muffins topped with salmon, smoked butter and smokey katsuobushi, and sourdough toast piled high with a perfectly poached egg, tangy tomato chutney and spicy arugula. Cleanse your palette with a green salad before enjoying a cheesy potato gateau with prosciutto. For dessert, a double chocolate loaf and tiramisu cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
