Chef Vincenzo, his wife Desiree and their family will welcome you with homemade lemonade before guiding you through their lemon groves, where the fragrant Sfusato di Amalfi grows. Then, head into the organic garden to pick seasonal vegetables for your class. With Chef Vincenzo’s guidance, you’ll turn fresh local ingredients into a four-course meal inspired by the land, the season and the slow rhythm of Amalfi Coast life.
