Chef Antonino’s love for the culinary arts started in their grandma’s kitchen. Chef Antonino would watch as she made pasta while sharing memories of her family. It was at that moment that Chef Antonino knew that handmade food techniques and traditions were something they were passionate about. With this passion, Chef Antonino founded a cooking school that emphasizes fresh ingredients and Italian traditions.

What an amazing experience! We had the best time and ate such delicious food during the vegetarian cooking class with Tony, Jennifer and our fellow guests. Grazie mille to Tony for teaching us the secrets to great gnocchi and tiramisu - we will definitely be trying these at home. And the wine is absolutely delicious - save space to take some back with you. Not bad! Strongly recommend.

Chef Tony is the best, hands down. He takes his time to walk you through and experience every step of the process. He answers all your questions and is so much fun. All the wine and prosecco you can ask for. The food is so great and feels like cooking your mother’s and grandmother’s recipes. And he’s not afraid to share his secrets for you to take home and enjoy yourself.

An experience full of insights, learning and fun. Toni is an exceptional teacher who evangelises the beauty and quality of local produce. Our fish cookery experience enabled us to sample shrimp, shellfish and sea bream combined with the finest local ingredients.
I would unreservedly recommend this cookery school and the delightful company of Toni and Jennifer.
