What You’ll Do

Prepare seafood, pasta and tiramisù in sunny Sorrento with a local Italian chef.

Enhance your trip to Southern Italy with a hands-on cooking class in Sorrento, a stunning seaside town in the Bay of Naples. Known for its fresh seafood, sun-drenched lemons and vibrant local flavors, Sorrento offers a true taste of the Mediterranean.

Join a local Chef Antonino who brings a deep knowledge of regional cuisine and cherished family recipes. Begin with a glass of Prosecco and crispy salt and pepper shrimp, then prepare a creamy Neapolitan coffee tiramisù.

Next, learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, paired with freshly-caught seafood. For the main course, you’ll prepare seasonal fish baked in a salt crust or simmered acqua pazza (“crazy water”) style - traditional techniques rooted in the coastal kitchens of Southern Italy.

Craving a taste of authentic Italy during your travels? Reserve your spot and bring the soul of Sorrento to your table.

Meet your chef

Chef Antonino’s love for the culinary arts started in their grandma’s kitchen. Chef Antonino would watch as she made pasta while sharing memories of her family. It was at that moment that Chef Antonino knew that handmade food techniques and traditions were something they were passionate about. With this passion, Chef Antonino founded a cooking school that emphasizes fresh ingredients and Italian traditions.

What an amazing experience! We had the best time and ate such delicious food during the vegetarian cooking class with Tony, Jennifer and our fellow guests. Grazie mille to Tony for teaching us the secrets to great gnocchi and tiramisu - we will definitely be trying these at home. And the wine is absolutely delicious - save space to take some back with you. Not bad! Strongly recommend.
