Cooking Class - Mastery of Pasta and Rustic Italian Fare
Chef Alessio will reveal the key techniques and secrets of how to cook authentic Italian food in this four-course cooking class that showcases fresh tomatoes and basil, handmade pasta, a classic ragout and a cocoa and coffee-infused dessert.
First, prepare pappa al pomodoro, a traditional Tuscan bread soup with tomatoes, and beef chops pizzaiola cooked with capers, mozzarella and tomato sauce. Chef Alessio will also teach you how to make fresh tagliatelle pasta paired with red wine and minced meat ragout, and a creamy and airy tiramisu for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
