Cooking Class - Authentic Handmade Italian Feast
During this hands-on cooking class with Chef Alessio, you'll create time-honored recipes that are well-loved in Tuscany and learn how to incorporate traditional ingredients such as olives, anchovies and pecorino cheese.
Begin by topping bread with a mouthwatering chicken liver pâté created from scratch with sweet wine and capers. Then, Chef Alessio will teach you how to make two Italian staples: Perfectly roasted chicken with bell peppers, and tortelli pasta handmade in class and served with cheese, butter and sage. For dessert, whip up a classic panna cotta with fresh fruit.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
