Learn time-honored culinary techniques to prepare a rustic Italian feast from scratch.

Handcraft classic Italian recipes with Chef Alessio in this hands-on cooking class that focuses on knife skills, pasta making and more. Work with a variety of ingredients, from Chianina beef, wild boar and dark chocolate across four courses.

To begin, carefully slice beef for a tartare with cured egg yolk. Then, Chef Alessio will teach you how to make homemade pappardelle pasta served with wild boar, and a dish that combines the flavors of Cinta Senese black pork, black pudding and roasted shallots. End by layering a decadent chocolate parfait.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
