Cooking Class - Modern Mediterranean Seafood

Explore rustic Mediterranean seafood dishes with contemporary flair.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Alessio will guide you in handcrafting a sophisticated four-course seafood feast with Mediterranean, French and British influences. Each dish will be prepared using fresh ingredients and culinary techniques you'll use time and time again.

First, Chef Alessio will teach you how to make a scampi with seafood, blood orange and ink caviar, and a decadent smoked haddock risotto. Combine the flavors of local bass, tomato-based romesco and fresh cabbage for your third course, and end class by baking a fig cake served with olive oil ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Alessio began his culinary career when he was 15 years old. After graduating from the Assisi Hotel School, he quickly moved into the sous chef and head chef positions in five-star hotels and exclusive Michelin-star restaurants. Chef Alessio's passion for food and creating simple, elegant meals led him to open his own business, where he strives to delight guests with private chef experiences and engaging cooking classes.
