Explore a menu featuring a handful of classic fare from rustic Tuscany.

In this hand-on cooking class, Chef Alessio will guide you through making a four-course traditional Tuscan dinner with a focus on fresh, vegetarian ingredients. You'll also learn time-honored Italian cooking techniques to use along the way.

To start, use homemade bread as the star of pappa al pomodoro, a thick Tuscan soup made with tomatoes and basil. Then, Chef Alessio will teach you how to handcraft gnocchi, and cook eggplant parmigiana with tomatoes and basil. End by layering traditional Italian tiramisu with mascarpone, ladyfingers and fresh coffee.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Alessio is amazing; his deep knowledge of traditional Tuscan/Italian food results in delicious gourmet dishes. He is a great instructor and is very encouraging and fun!
