Cooking Class - Authentic Apulian Fare
Discover one of Italy’s most famous culinary regions in this hands-on cooking class. You’ll learn about what makes Apulian cuisine so special as you expertly craft authentic dishes.
First, handcraft classic focaccia bread topped with fresh tomatoes and flavorful oregano. Chef Cloe will also teach you how to make from-scratch cavatelli from fresh pasta dough to be served with buttery mussels and hearty chickpeas. For dessert, you’ll learn how to make pasticciotto, a fluffy Italian pastry filled with rich and creamy custard and delightfully sweet black cherries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
