Begin by cooking a creamy risotto with the distinct flavors of saffron, Parmesan and zesty gremolata. Then, make trippa alla romana — the traditional dish of Rome — with local ingredients and classic Roman flavors. For dessert, you’ll craft a delightful coffee-infused tiramisu with expertly layered ladyfingers and fluffy mascarpone.
