Cooking Class - Fresh Handmade Pasta 101
Learn the art of fresh pasta making with expert instructor Chef Cloe.
Join Chef Cloe in this hands-on homemade pasta cooking class infused with a variety of traditional flavors and ingredients, and time-honored Italian culinary techniques.
First, combine unique flavors in a cocoa tagliatelle topped with a freshly made walnut herb pesto. Then, Chef Cloe will teach you how to expertly fold and cook shrimp tortelli surrounded by rich shrimp bisque and potato cream. You’ll also handcraft orecchiette pasta to be served with fresh broccoli rabe, lemon zest and salty anchovies.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
