In this hands-on cooking class, the chef elevates your culinary skills while creating a Tuscan-inspired meal. Practice the quintessential task of making fresh pasta and craft the main course from an ancient recipe.
Begin with pecorino and saffron honey drizzled over toasted bread. Next, choose between preparing handmade pici with classic tomato sauce or gnocchi with mashed potatoes and basil pesto. The centerpiece of the meal is Peposo, beef stewed in red wine and spices with seasonal vegetables. For dessert, choose panna cotta with strawberry sauce or a rich tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
