With a degree in Business Administration, he began his career crunching numbers as an accountant until he realized that working with dough and sugar brought him more joy than spreadsheets. Following this realization, he dove into Pastry and Baking at Le Monde School, turning the kitchen into his canvas. Today, Chef Eftihios lives and breathes culinary creativity. Every dish he crafts is an experiment to be savored and a reason for people to gather around the table. For him, the secret ingredient isn’t just technique, it’s passion, dedication and plenty of heart.
